About Marble
A good house deserves to be presented properly
Founded in 2011 in Vellmar, Marble grew out of a simple frustration: the most considered homes on the Cape were being sold with the least consideration. We set out to fix that.
The North Cape has always drawn people who think carefully about how they live — and the architects, makers, and restorers who build for them. The houses here are quiet landmarks: a cantilever over the tide, a printworks reborn as a loft, a cabin that asks for almost nothing.
Marble exists to match those homes with the people who will understand them. We curate rather than aggregate, present rather than advertise, and advise rather than sell. It is, deliberately, a small operation.
Photography supplies the colour
Our interface stays quiet so the homes can speak. Every image is made for the building it shows — never borrowed, never stock.
People, not portals
Marble is a handful of advisors who each specialize. The person showing you a house understands how it was built, and why that matters.
Restraint is a feature
We take on a small number of homes at a time. Fewer listings, more attention — for sellers and buyers alike.
